Located in Fairfield, OH, the Warehouse Worker (Tillman) performs picking, packing, and shipping to support a fast‑paced distribution center.

Day

Shift: Monday – Friday – Overtime based on business need

• Pick customer orders as indicated on pick tickets and process in system
• Wrap and label pallets; load trucks as needed
• May operate an industrial forklift
• Conduct bin walks as requested, checking empty bins
• Align pallets in slots and level load slots
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
• Assist other warehouse workers as directed by the Warehouse Manager or immediate Supervisor

• Previous warehouse operation experience
• Previous warehouse equipment experience preferred
• Basic computer skills; accuracy and efficiency
• Dependable team player
• Ability to lift more than 40 lbs and lift 20–45 lbs on average
• Ability to work at heights up to 21 ft with proper safety equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
