Provide support to the E-commerce Shipping & Packaging Department and its employees by overseeing and participating in the daily responsibilities of using internal operating and conveyor belt systems for organizing, packaging and shipping daily orders to customers in a timely manner according to scheduled delivery company pick-up times.

• Provide direction and training to the E-commerce Department team members.
• Help resolve any shipping issues/errors that arise.
• Maintain the supply of e-commerce packaging through inventory counts and place packaging orders through vendors.
• Ship E-commerce orders on the floor as needed.
• Work with Weborders through email to accommodate customer requests.
• Regular attendance and compliance with the Company’s handbook policies and procedures.

• Direct and coordinate daily workload and workflow activities.
• Provide guidance and support to resolve employee issues related to order shipments.
