ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of the Epic Manager, or designee, carry out various duties in support of clinical systems and end users, including but not limited to: performing analysis of workflow; assessment of system needs and requirements; planning, designing, and testing of systems and interfaces; coordinating work efforts with applicable MIS and organizational personnel; training end‑users as required; documenting and troubleshooting work involved in systems implementation and maintenance;
and acting as liaison to physicians and clinical area end users. On‑call rotation required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or ancillary clinical discipline or equivalent knowledge and experience required.
- Experience supporting Epic and/or other healthcare information systems required.
- Technical/programming experience preferred, but not required.
- PC‑based computer skills, spreadsheet and word processing proficiency required.
- Five (5) years MIS and/or clinical experience, including three (3) years in similar and related position required.
- Must obtain Epic certification.
- CPHMIS or ANA Nursing Informatics Certification preferred.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID‑19 or be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying your choice to be exempt once hired.
- Compensation:
Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
Pay Range: USD $72,612.80 – $ / Yr.
