Full Time Security Officer – Mon – Fri 6am–2pm, Fairhaven, MA

Pay: $19.57 per hour

Schedule: Full Time – Mon – Fri 6:00 am–2:00 pm

Location: Fairhaven, MA

Positions are available based on applicant eligibility, availability, background screening, drug testing, and completion of orientation. • Maintain a professional appearance and remain on post at all times.
• Monitor security personnel and ensure compliance with facility security operations procedures, policies, and regulations.
• Provide general administrative support, respond to inquiries, and anticipate customer needs.
• Review and approve all reports, duty logs, and related documentation submitted by security personnel.
• Ensure timely notification of all serious incidents.
• Maintain effective communication with all assigned security staff.
• Deliver a memorable and pleasant experience to all customers and vendors.
• Provide counsel, advice, motivation, and, when necessary, positive reinforcement and discipline to assigned personnel.
• Assist management in developing and implementing employee relations, development, and retention programs.
• Keep security personnel updated on modifications to procedures, policies, or regulations.
• May be required to work evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays as scheduled.

• Customer service experience (required).
• Receptionist or guest service experience (required).
• Two to three years of security concierge and reception experience or related field/education.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Dependable means of transportation.
• Effective communication in English (written and verbal).
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must successfully pass all pre‑employment background and drug screenings.
