Overview
Administrative Coordinator for the Internal Medicine Residency (IMR) Program. Responsibilities include providing assistance through coordination with residents and faculty and ensuring compliance with ACGME guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications- 2 of the most recent 4 years' experience in an administrative assistant/secretarial role.
- Demonstrated written, interpersonal, or communication skills appropriate for the position.
- Excellent working knowledge of computer‑based word processing, spreadsheet, and residency‑related programs.
- Ability to make decisions based on hospital and program policies and procedures.
- Working knowledge of secretarial procedures in a healthcare setting.
- Associate degree in business, social sciences, healthcare administration, or a relevant field.
- Provides assistance to the IMR Program through coordination with residents and faculty.
- Aids in maintaining compliance with ACGME guidelines.
