As a Room Attendant (Housekeeper), you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of guest rooms, ensuring guests feel welcomed and comfortable during their stay.

• Clean & maintain guest rooms to the highest standards, including dusting, vacuuming, cleaning mirrors and windows, wiping surfaces, and thorough sanitization.
• Change bed linens and towels regularly, following hotel brand standards.
• Thoroughly clean and disinfect the bathroom, replenish toiletries, and arrange items properly.
• Inspect rooms (including VM and VR) to meet brand and cleanliness standards, reporting discrepancies to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Collect and dispose of all trash in rooms, hallways, and common areas; report missing or damaged items promptly.
• Prepare rollaway beds upon request, organize guest rooms, and ensure a spotless environment.
• Restock housekeeping carts with linens, cleaning supplies, and toiletries.
• Adhere to hotel policies for handling lost and found items.
• Recheck rooms at departure times and inform the Housekeeping Supervisor of room readiness for the next guest.
