The resort provides massages, facials, hair & nail treatments, a hot tub, sauna, and an indoor pool. As a Spa Attendant, your primary responsibility is to ensure exceptional service and cleanliness within our spa facilities.

You will greet and escort guests into the locker area, maintain cleanliness in locker rooms, showers, treatment rooms, lounges, and pool areas, and keep all amenities fully stocked.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all spa areas, including locker rooms, showers, lounges, wet treatment rooms, and the pool area.
• Warmly greet and escort guests to locker areas and provide assistance with lockers and amenities.
• Provide guests with clear instructions on how to use spa facilities such as the sauna, hot tub, and pool, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Regularly restock towels, robes, slippers, toiletries, and refreshments to meet guest needs.
• Assist therapists during treatments by preparing rooms, restocking supplies, and maintaining an organized environment.
• Manage soiled linens: handle daily laundry, replacing with clean items according to spa standards.
• Set up relaxation rooms and other spa areas with necessary amenities like ice packs, fresh towels, and beverages.
• Follow all safety regulations and procedures, maintaining a secure environment for guests and staff.
