As a Steward (Dishwasher), you play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, maintaining high sanitation standards that contribute to smooth and efficient operations. Your efforts directly enhance the dining experiences we provide to our guests.

• Scrape and pre‑clean dishes before loading them into the dishwashing machine.
• Operate dishwashing machinery, ensuring proper loading and use of cleaning solutions.
• Hand wash pots, pans, and other cookware to maintain cleanliness and readiness for use.
• Sweep and mop floors regularly and promptly address any spills.
• Clean and polish kitchen equipment, walls, racks, sinks, and disposal areas.
• Perform scheduled deep‑cleaning tasks, including ovens, hoods, filters, and vents.
• Transfer and organize supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Restock paper towels, soap, and cleaning supplies across kitchen stations.
• Empty trash bins that are over three‑quarters full to ensure proper disposal and sanitation.
• Support the Back Aisle position or other kitchen roles as needed and operate silver de‑tarnishing equipment under guidance.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Relevant experience (1–3 months) in a kitchen or similar environment is a plus.

• Frequent – walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and standing for extended periods.
• Occasional – lifting up to 75 pounds.
