As a Maintenance Technician II, you will be responsible for performing essential repairs and upkeep across the property. This role involves handling electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks, as well as HVAC maintenance, ensuring the resort remains in top condition for guests and staff alike. You will also coordinate with external vendors when necessary and keep detailed records of all maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• HVAC Maintenance: Perform routine tasks, including cleaning or replacing filters, cleaning coils, and replacing fan belts on HVAC systems and exhaust fans to ensure efficient operation.
• Electrical Work: Replace burned-out light bulbs, tubes, and repair fixtures, rewire light fixtures, and wire electrical fountain pumps for proper functioning.
• Plumbing & Carpentry: Conduct repairs in restrooms, replace GFI outlets, and install and maintain lock hardware for enhanced security.
• Preventive Inspections: Perform daily inspections of irrigation systems, monitor for leaks, and conduct quarterly roof inspections to ensure all systems are functioning properly.
