Conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with AU Driver Policy requirements. * 2. All candidates must possess a valid  driver's license in accordance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123). This is crucial for roles that require driving as part of job responsibilities.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, gates, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and unauthorized access.

+ Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees, contractors, delivery personnel, and visitors in accordance with site policies.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.

+ Prepare accurate reports and maintain required documentation related to patrols, incidents, access activity, and observed conditions.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Possess EMT certification.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Have previous firefighting experience.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
