As an Account Executive
, you'll maintain regular communication with clients, insurance companies, and producers to ensure accurate policy coverage and account management. This role will service an existing book of commercial and farm insurance business while maintaining client relationships and supporting coverage needs.

Borchardt Agency, Inc. is a full-service insurance provider offering personal insurance solutions such as auto, home, and life insurance, as well as commercial insurance tailored for businesses. The agency prides itself on integrity, professionalism, and building lasting client relationships.

• Manage and service commercial and farm insurance accounts within an assigned book of business
• Maintain client relationships and ensure timely policy renewals and coverage updates
• Provide risk management services to clients with incremental growth expectations
• Generate revenue through strategic account management and client retention efforts
• Collaborate with the Account Manager and Account Specialist to deliver seamless client service

• Starting salary $60,000 plus annual bonus

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ years commercial insurance account management or sales experience required
• Insurance industry experience required
• Property & Casualty insurance license required, or willing to obtain within 30 days
