• Supervise, train, and motivate employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service.
• Ensure orders are taken in a prompt, accurate, and courteous manner.
• Resolve customer concerns.
• Take inventory of stock during shift to determine ordering needs and prevent shortages.
• Count cash on hand at shift change and closing to determine shortages or overages and prepare bank deposit statements.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment and communicate with team members using good written, verbal, and math skills.
• Provide reliable transportation.
