Windom Area Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a 0.6 FTE. The LPN will provide direct patient care in alignment with established standards, policies, and procedures. This role is responsible for carrying out care plans developed by Registered Nurses (RNs), monitoring patient conditions, and promptly assessing and communicating changes in patient status to the care team.

Rotating shifts to include mostly evenings (3:00pm-11:30pm). Inpatient hospital experience preferred. Position includes working every third weekend and holiday. 12 hour shifts on the weekends and holidays.

Direct patient care aligned with RN care plans; monitor patient conditions; assess patient status; communicate changes to care team; follow hospital policies and procedures; participate in shift rotation including nights and weekends.

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Minnesota
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Trauma Training, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within one (1) year of hire
