The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as providing support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of signage. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Proactively communicating with your District FAST Supervisor about work progress, issues, and solutions.
• Completing planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Performing store-specific measurements and cycle counts.
• Completing the Tractor Way top cap process and hanging store signage.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and performing detailed recovery.
• Providing Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensuring a memorable shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
• Providing peak coverage during busy times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding fields is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Primarily indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor areas are hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between stores using personal vehicle, often long distances.
• Maintain a safe, productive environment following safety guidelines.

• Travel as needed; ability to push/pull up to 2,000 lbs with equipment.
• Lift/reach overhead occasionally; stand, kneel, crouch, climb ladders frequently.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
• Handle birds/poultry safely.
• Complete training; lift/move merchandise up to 50 lbs; drive vehicle.
• Be physically and mentally capable of store mobility throughout shifts.
