- Lead collaboration across cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and senior leadership to align sales enablement requests with overall business goals and sales strategies
- Orchestrate the curation and creation of advanced sales enablement content, focusing on complex solutions, market trends, and sales techniques
- Define, implement, and maintain a library of templates and best practices based on adult learning principles for sales enablement content
- Develop and implement metrics to track the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on analysis of metrics and feedback
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6-8 years of experience in sales, sales support, sales enablement, or a similar support role, preferably with a deep understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles
- Experience using sales enablement platforms and AI capabilities to enhance enablement
- Strong project management experience across diverse teams
- Effective communication skills to foster trust and shared accountability
- Familiarity with Smartsheet, SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate Rise, Highspot, or similar tools
- Data-driven problem-solving approach, including measurement of impact
- Ability to balance multiple priorities seamlessly by implementing processes that ensure timely, high-quality execution
- Flexibility in managing competing priorities and navigating dynamic environments
