Responsibilities- Welcome guests and members at the Spa, Fitness Center, and Pool
- Manage reservations and client inquiries for spa and fitness services
- Provide exceptional customer service following hotel standards
- Promote and sell spa treatments and fitness products
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of guest areas
- Handle billing, memberships, and product sales
- Maintain and report statistical data on spa and fitness services
- Fluent in French and English (Italian is a plus)
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and internet tools (experience with Opera is a plus)
- Flexible schedule to accommodate shifts
