• Welcome guests and members at the Spa, Fitness Center, and Pool
• Manage reservations and client inquiries for spa and fitness services
• Provide exceptional customer service following hotel standards
• Promote and sell spa treatments and fitness products
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of guest areas
• Handle billing, memberships, and product sales
• Maintain and report statistical data on spa and fitness services

• Fluent in French and English (Italian is a plus)
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and internet tools (experience with Opera is a plus)
• Flexible schedule to accommodate shifts
