First Energy is seeking a qualified engineer for an on-site, full-time role in Fairmont, WV. The position focuses on monitoring generation equipment, developing maintenance plans, and coordinating across technical teams to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-competitive operation.
Ideal candidates will have a BS in Engineering (ABET preferred) and 4–7 years of power-plant experience, with strong communication, budgeting, and leadership skills.
