Customer Service Delivery Driver
Join Sherwin‑Williams as a Customer Service Delivery Driver. This role works closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions, recommend solutions, and deliver products safely and timely using company vans or pick‑up trucks. Work at Store #1240, 63 Spencer Dr, Fairmont, WV 26554.
Base Pay$15.45/hr – $15.45/hr
Responsibilities- Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Assist customers in person and over the phone to determine needs and present appropriate products.
- Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
- Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
- Pull and tint appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
- Load, transport, and deliver items to customers safely and timely.
- Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
- Maintain the store vehicle and alert the supervisor to repair and servicing needs.
- Adhere to assigned routes and time schedules.
- Comply with all laws, traffic regulations, safety procedures when driving.
- Prepare reports and other documents related to deliveries.
- Operate equipment and machines such as forklifts and forklifts.
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
- Able to retrieve material from shelves, lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
- Willing to work all scheduled hours, evenings and weekends.
- Internal candidates must have recent performance rating of “meets expectations” and completed required eLearning courses.
- High School diploma or GED.
- At least one year experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
- Previous experience selling paint and paint related products.
- Proficiency in Spanish or additional languages.
