RN - PCU

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse for our Stepdown/Med Surg unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in stepdown nursing and will be capable of handling a variety of patient needs, including respiratory issues, weakness, UTIs, AKI, and chest pain.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a stepdown/med surg setting.
• Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions regularly.
• Administer medications and titrate intravenous drips as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
• Participate in patient education and communication with families.

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA).
• Previous stepdown nursing experience.
• Ability to titrate drips such as Heparin, Insulin, Cardizem, and Amiodarone.
• Must be able to read telemetry strips.
• Valid and unexpired driver's license.
