Must be able to exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours in length. Must safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Must transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift, depending on business flow. Must speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff.

Must wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks, and use disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift, including frequent hand wash with disinfecting soap.
