Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of construction equipment, including aerial work platforms, generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas equipment. Work in remote locations, ensuring minimal downtime and safety.

• Work on a variety of makes, models and equipment in challenging remote locations.
• Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on equipment.
• Maintain a safe, efficient work environment with proper equipment handling.
• Keep detailed records of service work and maintenance.

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 3-5 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment or specialty lines equipment preferred.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record; CDL required in some locations (must be 21+).
• Mechanical knowledge: hydraulic systems, electrical systems, troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location.

Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds or more. Work indoors and outdoors as required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.

Base Pay Range: $22.85 - 31.41 per hour.
