The H4G Stabilization Worker will facilitate Scott Place Shelter outreach and case management services by providing a seamless transition of individuals experiencing homelessness into affordable, quality standard housing and provide prevention services. The position will provide a housing-focused plan and implement stabilization services with the primary goal of self-sufficiency for the client/household.
Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of thisjobthe employee is required tostand, walk, sit, use hands, drive an automobile, talk, and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move 25+pounds. Must be able towalk up and down at least 35 steps,4 or more times daily.
Licenses/Training/CertificationsValid Driver's License. Must obtain CPR/FA cards and any other certifications that may be required for the position/program;to be obtained within the first 3-6 months of accepting position. Mandatory SAVE Training within 1 year of date of hire. Some certifications are provided/paid for by the employer.
