C. Simon, the Chapter 13 Trustee, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented System Manager to oversee, maintain, and optimize our core business systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem‑solving abilities, and a hands‑on approach to ensuring reliable system performance.
- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot business software systems and related infrastructure
- Develop, optimize, and support SQL queries, stored procedures, and database integrations
- Create, modify, and maintain Crystal Reports to support business operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance system functionality
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and documentation
- Ensure data integrity, security, and efficient system workflows
- Provide user support and training as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- Proven experience as a System Manager, System Administrator, or similar technical role
- Strong proficiency in SQL (query writing, database design concepts, performance tuning)
- Experience with Crystal Reports development and maintenance
- Solid understanding of network and server fundamentals
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
