• Collaborate closely with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Connect resources and streamline treatment plans.
• Provide unwavering support from diagnosis through survivorship.
• Act as an advocate, educator, and trusted partner, making a life-changing difference every step of the way.

Title: Nurse Navigator - Oncology

• Education: Graduate from an approved school of nursing
• Experience: 2 years of related experience
• Licensure: RN (Registered Nurse) licensed in the state of practice
• Certification: BLS (Basic Life Support) required within 30 days of hire

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Experience: 3 years in an oncology setting preferred
• Experience in formal patient education and community presentations
• Support group facilitation
• Certification: Certification in Oncology Nursing or Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification
