We’re seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to help lead the store, support sales goals, recruiting, and team development. You’ll support the Store Manager in achieving store objectives and driving sales while building customer relationships.

• Support your Store Manager in achieving sales and customer engagement goals.
• Help recruit, develop, and retain a passionate team.
• Create buzz through product promotion, social media, and store services like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Provide operational leadership, balancing sales, customer service, and store operations.
• Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll, and scheduling.
• Communicate with retail leadership and headquarters on trends and feedback.
• Use sales data to guide strategies and meet targets.
• Merchandise the store effectively, launching promotions on time.
• Develop your team of high-performing, customer-focused associates.

• 1-2 years retail management experience, preferably with a passion for music and pop culture.
• Leadership skills with success in team development, communication, operations, and recruiting.
• Strong skills in communication, time management, professionalism, and operations.
• High school diploma or GED; degree preferred.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-changing retail environment.
• Physical ability to navigate the store, merchandise, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay range: $17 - $19.55 per hour. Final salary depends on education, location, experience, and other factors.
