• Conflict resolution and De‑escalation.

• Must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a PERC Security Officer License in the State of Illinois.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED or be willing to complete the GED program within six months.
• Must have average to above average computer skills.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Security experience a plus.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift.
• Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Will require open/flexible availability (nights, weekends, & holidays included).
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record needed (this position does require driver certification).
• Reliable transportation required (public transportation is not recommended for this position).
• Reliable form of communication needed.
• Must be comfortable with frequent standing / walking which may be for long periods of time and may involve climbing stairs / walking up inclines and/or being in various weather elements.
• Must be willing to participate in the Company’s Security Officer pre‑employment screening process, including drug screen (mouth swab and/or urinalyses) and background investigation (drug screen includes THC).
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
