Jacob Sunrooms, Exteriors & Baths is a family‑owned company in business since 1977. We are currently seeking an experienced carpenter to assist our service department with maintenance on a variety of service calls. The chosen candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to multi‑task during the day while being extremely detail‑oriented.

• To have a valid Driver’s License
• Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent Time Management Skills, with flexibility
• Ability to adhere to all company policies/procedures
• Have carpentry experience (Window & Door installation experience a plus)
• Be able to identify and troubleshoot issues
• Comfortable with bidding on a repair (listing what needs to be done, what materials are needed, and how long they expect it to take/how many people are needed) – this is something that can be learned as you go
• Comfortable with technology
• Comfortable with customers – explaining clearly what needs to be done and why
• Ability to determine warranty vs. non‑warranty work
