We’re seeking reliable and experienced Subcontractor Teams or Independent Installers to partner with us on sunroom and deck projects in the Fairview Heights area. You’ll work alongside our team to deliver exceptional installation results to our valued customers.

• Install sunrooms, decks, and enclosures according to project specifications and timelines.
• Review blueprints and follow installation procedures to meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain professionalism and clear communication with Jacob project managers.
• Provide and maintain your own tools, equipment, and insurance coverage.
• Ensure job sites are left clean, safe, and customer‑ready.

• Proven carpentry or sunroom/deck installation experience.
• Fully insured with active business credentials (required).
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Access to reliable crew, transportation, and equipment.
• Commitment to delivering top‑quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
