As a Sales Associate, you embody our brand with personal style and passion, bringing welcoming energy to the sales floor daily. You'll assist customers in discovering their look and collaborate effectively with other team members to drive business success. Your focus is on creating a seamless customer experience with collaboration, kindness, and inclusivity.

• Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that is an extension of the brand.
• Drive sales while exceeding service expectations.
• Assist in operational and product‑driven store tasks assigned by management while aligning with brand values.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.

• At least 18 years old.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas, demonstrating strong problem‑solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Hourly Range: $13.50 – $15.52
