The Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $15.75 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $15.75 USD - $23.65 USD per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete your daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs when they need assistance.

• Execute daily tasks assigned by leadership to help achieve goals that align with business priorities including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• If certified, operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Execute processes including changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed by leadership for all areas.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services available in the total store, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
• Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with safety policies, training; report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking and packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while complying with laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners and other technology as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish tasks within time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders.
• Scan, handle and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends and holidays) with reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and elements while performing duties (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout).
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
