Imaging Specialist

$18.00 per hour

• Enjoy a consistent Monday to Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life routine.
• Be part of a dynamic team focused on quality and accuracy in a supportive work environment.
• Gain valuable experience in document preparation and scanning, enhancing your professional skill set.

• Responsible for all document preparation and indexing, including sorting and preparing hard copy records for scanning according to specific client requests.
• Utilizing third-party software to scan hardcopy files into electronic images while ensuring quality output.
• Performing quality checks on all scanned documents and prepped records to ensure accuracy and address any quality issues as needed.

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of related experience in a team-focused environment, preferably in a service industry.
• Possess basic PC computer skills and can maintain record order and sequence.
• Understand the importance of detail and accuracy, with the ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work.
