Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant/Cart Attendant) role at Target.

• Welcoming and interacting with guests to build a positive experience
• Providing exceptional service, answering questions, and resolving guest concerns
• Maintaining a clean and clutter-free work area
• Working efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy

• Scanning and bagging items efficiently and accurately
• Understanding and promoting Target services and solutions, including Order Pick-Up and Drive-Up

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
