Non-CDL Truck Driver

The Non‑CDL Truck Driver will operate a small truck to transport cargo to and from destinations within the immediate local area. The position includes a 1st Shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday (plus occasional Saturday shifts). Pay starts at $21.10 hr.

• Inspects the truck pre‑ and post‑trip.
• Accurately complete vehicle inspection sheets, fuel consumption logs, daily log sheets, bills of lading, vehicle trip records, and expense reports.
• Ensures all cargo is loaded, checked, and safely secured during transit.
• Assists with or oversees loading and unloading of cargo to ensure secure transit.
• Obtains all proper signatures on shipping/receiving documents.
• Monitors the maintenance and repair of the truck.
• Provides excellent customer service by communicating professionally and representing the company positively.
• Follows all Federal and State DOT regulations as well as warehouse safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 2+ years recent commercial delivery‑driving experience.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license, with a clean driving record.
• Reliability, adaptability, and dependability.
• Good hand‑eye coordination.
• Thoroughness and attention to detail in task completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous experience in a high‑volume distribution, manufacturing, technical service (e.g., testing and repair), or forward logistics operation.
• Strong commitment to customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 85 lbs., if necessary.
• Flexible shifts with the capability to undertake overnight trips 1–2 nights per week.
• Comfortable sitting for extended periods.
