Floating Leasing Professional – Fairview, Portland, and White House TN

We’re seeking a reliable and professional Floating Leasing Professional to support tax credit communities in Fairview, Portland, and White House TN. - High school diploma or GED required
- Previous leasing experience preferred; strong background in customer service or sales required
- Familiarity with tax credit housing is strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Comfortable using Entrata and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
- Must be able to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Saturday availability required
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours, complete lease paperwork, and handle deposits
- Address resident inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate resident records and leasing data
- Conduct daily property inspections and ensure readiness of model units
- Support marketing efforts with local outreach
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and safety regulations
