The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and self-direction.

• Primarily indoor with moderate noise; outdoor lots and store floors.
• Varying shifts, travel between stores using personal vehicle.
• Adherence to safety guidelines and a safe work environment.

• Travel as needed; ability to push/pull up to 2,000 lbs with equipment.
• Lift or reach merchandise overhead; stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
• Handle merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs and move throughout the store efficiently.
