PC and Machine minders

Kingdom People are recruiting for several PC and Machine Minders to work at one of our client’s sites in Fakenham (NR21 8EH
). The customer is a leading vegetarian food manufacturer that operates in an ambient environment. This role supports the Shift Manager and Team Leaders in running an efficient, high‑performing production area, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

• Monday to Thursday (Full time hours)
• 06:00 – 18:00
• £12.66 per hour basic rate

  Fakenham, NR21 8EH
• Previous food production experience not required as training is provided.
• Temporary to permanent available after minimum 12 weeks

• Support the smooth and efficient running of the production line/area
• Maintain high standards of product quality, GMP, health & safety, and customer service
• Help deliver KPI targets with a well‑trained and motivated team
• Operate a variety of production machinery
• Strip down, clean, and set up machines as required
• Promote open communication at all levels

• Be able to work a 12hr shift
• Be able to commute to Fakenham, NR21 8DH
• Basic communication in English (written and spoken)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous experience is not required
