Kinnerton Confectionery, based in Fakenham, is offering an NPD Packaging Developer Apprenticeship (Food Technologist Level
3). You’ll join the NPD team to create packaging concepts for UK retailers and major chocolate brands, while studying at Lincoln University.
The apprenticeship lasts 28 months. Start July 2025; the course begins October 2025 with a 37.5-hour week and a starting salary of £24,784.76, rising to £33,000 on completion.
