Job Purpose
To support the safe, efficient and high-quality production of chocolate products by carrying out packing, stacking and quality-checking activities while following workplace procedures, food-safety standards and instructions from the production team.
KeyDuties & Responsibilities
- Pack chocolate products accurately and efficiently.
- Stack finished products safely and correctly.
- Carry out quality checks and report defects or issues promptly.
- Follow production, hygiene, food-safety and health & safety procedures.
- Keep the work area clean, organised and safe.
- Work effectively as part of a production team.
- Meet production, quality and attendance requirements.
- Complete other reasonable production duties as directed by the supervisor.
Essential
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to follow instructions and workplace procedures
- Able to work days 6am-6pm
- Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse or food-industry experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
- Factory / production environment.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) and hygiene requirements must be followed.
- Role may involve standing for extended periods and repetitive production tasks
