Mill Labourer NIGHT SHIFT North Barsham

Hales Group are recruiting for a Mill Labourer to join a well-established client based near Fakenham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on, varied role and wants to be part of a small, friendly and supportive team where everyone works together to get the job done. You will play a key part in ensuring the site runs smoothly, supporting production targets and contributing to the overall performance of the business.

• Carry out a variety of manual labour tasks across the mill
• Cleaning and pressure washing equipment and work areas
• Weighing and mixing ingredients accurately
• Loading raw materials by hand
• Maintaining high attention to detail
• Following all health & safety procedures
• Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth site operations

• Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
• Happy to work in a hands-on, sometimes dirty environment
• Reliable, hardworking and a strong team player
• Able to follow instructions and maintain good attention to detail

• Pay Rate: £14.96 per hour, enhanced OT rates
• Hours:
  
  48 hours per week, Monday to Sunday
• Week 1: 4 nights Monday – Thursday 6pm – 6am
• Week 2:
  Mon – Wed days 6am – 6pm, Friday – Sunday nights 6pm – 6am,
• Week 3: 4 days Thursday – Sunday 6am – 6pm)

  Week off
