PSL Repairs and Compliance Administrator

Job Overview

Administer repairs and compliance for PSL properties, liaising with tenants, contractors, colleagues and landlords to coordinate repairs and safety checks, keeping tenants’ homes in good repair.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Arrange appointments for repairs and safety checks.
  • Coordinate with tenants, contractors, colleagues and landlords.
  • Maintain records of repairs and compliance.
  • Provide excellent customer care and uphold tenant participation and equal opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with housing sector repairing standards.
  • Support a fast‑paced office environment with efficient time management.

Qualifications

  • Relevant knowledge of repairing standards in the housing sector.
  • Commitment to excellent customer care, tenant participation and equal opportunities.
  • Administration experience in a fast‑paced office.
  • Good general standard of education.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Salary: £32,427.00‑£40,913.00 per annum (dependent on skills and experience).
