Role Overview
An exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant and Quality Administrator to support Forth Valley Quality. The role involves managing daily office functions and providing secretarial support to the Head of Efficiency, Improvement and Innovation.
Responsibilities- Day-to-day running of the Forth Valley Quality office.
- Provide secretarial support to the Head of Efficiency, Improvement and Innovation, including diary management.
- Act as the first point of contact for enquiries to the department, handling confidential matters.
- Take minutes and manage complex diary entries for meetings.
- Perform various administrative tasks, ensuring deadlines and actions are delivered despite interruptions.
- Excellent keyboard and minute‑taking skills.
- Previous experience as a personal secretary or administrator to Director/Senior Manager level.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with complex diary management and minute taking.
- Prior experience within a similar or healthcare setting is advantageous.
- Successful completion of a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
From 1 April 2026, full‑time hours will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours per week, with a proportional increase in hourly rate. Part‑time hours will be reduced proportionally.
