RTL Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Sub Agent to lead daily operations on a major highways and earthworks scheme. You will coordinate with Site Agent, Project Manager, subcontractors and designers to ensure safe, on-time delivery per drawings and programme.
The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and ability to manage multiple teams across drainage, pavement and bulk earthworks.
On-site presence and commitment to quality will be essential for success.
