Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Surfacing Foreperson to join our team, working across projects based in Central East Scotland (Falkirk, Edinburgh, Fife and Tayside). In this hands-on leadership role, you will be responsible for supervising road surfacing and highway maintenance projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

You will coordinate and lead surfacing crews, oversee the safe operation of plant and equipment, and work closely with Contracts Managers and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and in line with company procedures. This role involves working outdoors, travelling to sites across the Central East area, and requires flexibility to work night shifts where required.
