We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a joinery background to oversee an internals package on an existing project in Stirling.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, hands-on Site Manager with a proven track record of managing site operations, coordinating trades and delivering internal works safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Requirements- Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally with a strong joinery or internal fit-out background.
- Valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS certifications.
- Strong experience overseeing site teams, subcontractors and internal packages.
- Excellent organisational, communication and programme management skills.
- A strong focus on health and safety, quality control and meeting project deadlines.
- Evidence of previous projects delivered, along with reliable references.
- Existing project based in Stirling.
- Start available in the coming weeks.
- Anticipated contract duration until April 2027.
- Opportunity to oversee and manage an internals package through to completion
