Bureau Manager – Tesco Travel Money

Location: Falkirk, FK1 1LW

Hours: 30 hours a week

Salary: £23,400 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Overview

As a Bureau Manager you will lead a team in a busy bureau, supporting customers with their travel money needs and delivering outstanding service.

What you’ll be doing
  • Lead, support and champion your team to deliver excellence every day.
  • Work towards KPI’s and deliver on targets.
  • Review data to drive performance, continuous improvement and celebrate success together.
  • Ensure the bureau consistently meets compliance metrics, passes internal audits and operates to the business standard operating procedures.
  • Work in a fast‑paced environment delivering fantastic customer service, processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately.
  • Apply training and offer expert advice on products and services.
  • Follow company processes and pay attention to detail so everything stays on track.
