Office Angels is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Specialist / Outbound Telesales for a role based in Airdrie, with relocation to Falkirk. The position is 3 months initially, with potential to become permanent, paying £13.70–£16.00 per hour (roughly £25k–£30k per year).
Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, start date immediate. You will engage with existing clients, promote products, handle outbound calls to cold prospects, manage pricing, and maintain client records.
