About the Position- Full-Time/Locum role available with flexible hours
- Up to £70,000 per annum - D.O.E.
- Provide medicines management and structured medication reviews

- At least 2 years' UK experience in community

- Comfortable in a busy, outcomes-driven environment
- Excellent clinical communication and collaboration skills
- Strong understanding of general practice workflows
