# Quantity Surveyor Location Falkirk The  project involves earthworks, drainage, and subcontractor-led civil engineering works.

This role requires strong commercial control to deliver on budget, mitigate risks, and support project leadership.

*** Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related field
* Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on civil engineering or infrastructure projects involving horizontal or structural civils
* Strong working knowledge of NEC4 contracts (Option

A)
* Expertise in budget management, forecasting, cost reporting, and subcontractor account management
* Experience in procurement, value engineering, and risk management
