Cad Technician (M&E or HVAC) £40,000 - £45,000  Training  Progression  33 Days Holiday  Company Bonus  Company Benefits Middleton, Manchester Are you a CAD Technician, draughts person or similar with a background in producing 2D drawings for M&E or HVAC looking for an autonomous role that will provide training on detailed design? In this role you'll be creating 2D drawings for the building services industry.

This will include ductwork layouts, FCUs, grilles, heat recovery, dampers and ventilation systems. Looking at a 2D mechanical layout and working alongside the Pre-Construction and Mechanical team who will provide design direction. This company are a Manchester-based construction and fit-out contractor delivering refurbishment, maintenance, and full build solutions across commercial, industrial, retail, and public-sector projects, supported by in-house project management and multi-trade teams.

This role would suit a CAD Technician who can produce 2D drawings for M&E or HVAC systems who is looking for an autonomous role that provides futher training and progression opportunities

The Role:

Creating 2D drawings using AutoCAD Working under the direction of the Pre-Construction and Mechanical Directors Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours
